Jody Bartlett

Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer

Welcome to my portfolio. I design and develop interactive, creative, and engaging learning solutions. As an instructional designer, I use the ADDIE and SAM models to analyze, design, and develop courses. I incorporate adult learning principles to help engage, motivate, and facilitate effective retention of information.

I work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to conduct a needs analysis and identify the learning objectives and target audience to ensure the effective implementation of the eLearning project.

I am a former educator turned instructional designer and eLearning developer from Minnesota. I have always loved learning and helping others learn in a way that is engaging and meaningful.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children. We like to go boating, snowmobiling, traveling, watching movies, and playing games.  When I am alone, I enjoy reading and watching true crime shows or listening to true crime podcasts.

I would love to connect to see how we can work together.
